On 23 January 2025, Angela Bearth from HF Partners (WP5 lead) hosted a workshop titled “Evaluation: Designing Dashboards for Risk Communication and Decision Support” for DECIDE consortium members. The workshop introduced participants to key concepts in cognitive psychology, helping them analyse how users interact with their data tools. It also explored design thinking and user experience principles to enhance data visualisation.
During the session, DECIDE partners assessed their tools and provided each other with constructive feedback, applying the theoretical insights shared by Angela to their practical work. Participants found the workshop highly relevant and valuable, expressing interest in a follow-up session focused on specific tools.
