About DECIDE results

DECIDE has produced a wide range of practical results to support better decision-making in animal health. These include interactive dashboards, disease surveillance tools, modelling approaches, open-source software, datasets, publications and guidance materials for livestock and aquaculture sectors. Key outputs include the DECIDE Barometers, AbattoirInspect, Connect’BRD and the Salmon Mortality Monitor, alongside advances in data integration, federated learning, metadata standards and the Livestock Health Ontology.  Together, these results help farmers, veterinarians, researchers, industry stakeholders and authorities make better use of data to monitor disease, assess risks and prioritise interventions.
